We kick off every project with a 90-minute initial consultation getting to know you, your family and hopes for your future home. Here, we discuss your goals for the project so that we can begin designing your home and estimating your costs.

MW Builds gives you the opportunity to have an in-house designer to assist with all of your design needs! By having design and build all in one place we can ensure the highest level of communication and attention to detail making sure nothing gets missed. This concept promotes a team approach, working together to create a project that meets your needs as well as fits your budget.

After receiving your signed proposal and deposit, the designer will schedule a site visit to take measurements. You will then meet with your designer for a vision consultation to define the form and function of each space. Once the initial design is complete, a revision meeting is scheduled to fine-tune the plans.

At this point, you will receive an estimate for your project. We will work through this with you in order to determine your final budget. At the same time, our designer is finalizing your design.

We’re then off to the races - timelines will be put into place, you will receive details and plans for your project and we will begin ordering materials!

If you are building a new home, this is when we break ground! And if you’re renovating your home, then it’s time for demo day! The project is officially underway, and we are building you the home of your dreams.

We offer bi-weekly on-site meetings with all of our clients as necessary to ensure your project is to your satisfaction. Our transparent timelines, while always accounting for delays, allow for a realistic start and end date on each project. MW Builds also proudly offers an open book service, allowing you to see where your money goes at each stage of the project.

The project is over, and you get to move into the home of your dreams!

At MW Builds, we offer a one-year warranty. We stand behind our people and product and are committed to ensuring our clients are happy even after the project ends. After your project is complete, we reach out 1 year later to schedule an on-site maintenance walk. At this point we look at anything that may need touch ups or maintenance - which is typically only paint!
